The exchange and return of goods is carried out in accordance with the law of Ukraine on the protection of consumer rights and Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 172 dated 19.03.1994, which defines the list of goods of appropriate quality that are not subject to return. This list includes food products.
According to these regulations, only food products of inadequate quality are subject to exchange or return. At the request of the buyer, an exchange or return of the paid funds can be made.
